Quantic Dream has re-released its reveal trailer for Star Wars Eclipse but with audio description available.

Back in December 2021, Quantic Dream released a cinematic reveal trailer for its upcoming title Star Wars Eclipse. On March 4, 2022, a number of Star Wars Eclipse reveal trailers were published with audio description available on the studio’s official channel. These versions of the trailers introduce 8 different languages including English, Italian, French, Dutch, and more, and are publicly available from the videos section.

While there’s nothing new to come from these trailers, the fact they are audio described is fantastic and could indicate that we could see some accessibility offerings available in the game. As of now, there hasn’t been anything officially confirmed.

Star Wars Eclipse is an upcoming action-adventure title and is said to feature “multiple playable characters” that are set during the High Republic era of the Star Wars universe. The title is being created in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games.

Quantic Dream is known for its story-driven titles such as Detroit: Become Human and Beyond: Two Souls. What this new title will provide in terms of accessibility isn’t clear as already noted, but the studio’s last game, Detroit: Become Human scored a 7.5/10 for our Deaf Accessibility Review.
